Mandatory Requirements:
Must be able to pass a criminal background check
High school diploma or GED required
Must complete 4 hours of training before working²
Must attend a monthly training refresher session for one hour
Technical Requirements:
Windows 10 / Windows 11 Operating System
Chrome / Edge browser with no toolbars installed.
No Mozilla Firefox.
Recommend High-bandwidth (broadband) wired/ethernet internet connection. No WiFi connection.
