Project Overview

The Customer Solutions Project Analyst will primarily be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the Streetlight Maintenance Program. The Project Analyst will work closely with local government customers and contracted maintenance vendors to ensure streetlight outages and maintenance issues are properly identified, repaired, documented, and billed in accordance with applicable customer agreements and vendor contracts. The Project Analyst may also support data analytics, process improvement opportunities, and development of dashboards and other visual aids as needed and as bandwidth allows.
