Customer Success Strategist: Adoption & Growth

ApplyMint is looking for a Customer Success Advisor based in Malaysia. This role involves transforming customer visions into real value and driving the adoption of technology to ensure sustainable growth. You will proactively engage customers, establish adoption strategies, and deliver high-quality service to deepen satisfaction and loyalty.

The ideal candidate has 5-7 years of relevant experience, preferably in the AEC industry, and a proven track record of driving measurable impact through cross-functional collaboration. Familiarity with Salesforce is essential.
