Technical Advisor Role Overview

The Technical Advisor is a strategic customer‑facing role responsible for managing the post‑sales lifecycle of assigned customers while acting as their trusted cybersecurity advisor. This role combines deep cybersecurity expertise with strong customer engagement to help organizations successfully adopt, operationalize, and maximize the value of the TrendAI security platform. The Technical Advisor works closely with customers to optimize their security architecture, strengthen their cyber resilience, and ensure the platform is effectively integrated into their security operations. The role collaborates closely with the Sales organization to support account strategy, renewals, and growth opportunities while ensuring customers achieve their security and business objectives.
