**What you’ll do:**
**Job Summary**
The Customer Support Specialist is responsible for entering orders and coordinating order transport accurately, timely and efficiently. This role is also expected to establish and maintain a working relationship with customers, assisting them and market channels in pricing, equipment identification, and expediting.
