We deliver top-tier support to our global partners, and we are now expanding our team with Turkish-speaking specialists.Role Overview:As a Customer Support Agent, you will assist iGaming players through live chat, email, and phone — ensuring a fast, friendly, and professional service experience.Key Responsibilities:Deliver excellent support to Turkish-speaking clients.Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner.Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues or escalate when necessary.Record all interactions accurately in the company’s CRM system.Maintain a professional, empathetic, and solution-oriented attitude.Requirements:Fluent Turkish and English (working proficiency).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong problem-solving ability and patience.Basic computer literacy (MS Office, CRM systems).Prior experience in customer service is a plus, but not required.
