- Overseeing the clearance of goods through customs, including the preparation and submission of all necessary documentation
- Acting as the direct point of contact between clients and customs authorities to facilitate import and export processes
- Staying up-to-date with the latest customs regulations, tariffs, and trade agreements to ensure compliance
- Providing expert guidance and advice to clients on customs-related matters
- Liaising with shipping, transportation, and logistics providers to coordinate the timely delivery of goods
- Maintaining detailed records and generating reports on customs activities
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing efficient customs clearance strategies
