1. Provide accurate information, updates and status of the shipments.
2. Coordinate with operations on delivery requirements.
3. Examine documents for compliance with Bureau of Customs requirements.
4. Check completeness of required documents.
5. Ensure documents are properly covered by Shipping Instructions/SOP.
6. Identify necessary clearance mode for the shipment.
7. Prepare all documents needed for filing.
8. Turn over documents for processing with Customs.
