Role Purpose
Lead the design and delivery of a complex transformation programme focused on cyber, risk, and operational sustainability. The role drives target operating model development, strengthens data governance, and enhances frameworks to support regulatory readiness, improved controls, and effective risk management.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of target operating model components.
Mobilise and manage programme structures, including workstreams, timelines, dependencies, and governance.
Drive enhancement of frameworks across governance, risk appetite, controls, reporting, and metrics.
Improve data governance, including ownership, quality, and management information for senior stakeholders.
Coordinate delivery across cross-functional teams (business, technology, risk, and control).
Provide programme leadership across planning, execution, reporting, RAID...
