Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Drive the design and evolution of cutting-edge data and AI solutions, leveraging Databricks and GCP to enable scalable, governed, and intelligent analytics capabilities;
- Own and enhance the semantic layer and certified business metrics, ensuring high-quality, trusted data products that empower analytics and AI Agents across the organization;
- Transform data into strategic business impact by applying advanced causal inference techniques and Generative AI approaches to uncover actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making;
- Provide technical leadership and shape engineering excellence, mentoring teams, defining best practices and architecture standards, and fostering strong collaboration across Data Engineering, Analytics, Product, and AI stakeholders.
