In this role as a Ticket Data Analyst, you play a key part in improving order processes. When issues arise with orders or systems, you ensure they are accurately recorded in the ticketing system. You involve the right teams and monitor progress, making sure disruptions are resolved quickly. In addition, you analyze ticket data and identify recurring issues.
