Do you enjoy working with data and processes, and do you find it interesting to analyze and solve operational problems? In this role as a Ticket Data Analyst, you play a key part in improving order processes. When issues arise with orders or systems, you ensure they are accurately recorded in the ticketing system. You involve the right teams and monitor progress, making sure disruptions are resolved quickly. In addition, you analyze ticket data and identify recurring issues. You create reports and support management in improving processes. You work closely with teams such as operations, warehouse, planning, customer service, and IT.

Creating and managing tickets in the system

Monitoring orders affected by open tickets

Following up and escalating urgent operational issues

Analyzing ticket data and identifying trends

Preparing reports for management
