We are seeking a mission-driven Data Analyst for our Active Ageing Centre setting to transform raw program data into actionable insights that empower seniors to live healthier, more connected lives. You will bridge the gap between frontline community work and data-driven decision-making by evaluating the impact of active ageing programs and services on senior well-being.Key Responsibilities
Impact Evaluation & Outcome Measurement: Design and implement data collection frameworks to measure the effectiveness of active ageing programs and services 

Data Management & Integrity: Build and maintain secure databases tracking senior participation, KPIs, health indicators, and feedback, ensuring strict adherence to personal data privacy laws.
