Team Leadership
Lead and directly manage a team of 2–3 Data Analysts, providing day-to-day guidance, technical oversight, and structured feedback to ensure high-quality and timely delivery.Plan, prioritize, and allocate workload across the team, ensuring effective resource utilization and clear accountability.Review analyses and deliverables to maintain accuracy, consistency, and adherence to agreed standards.Coach and develop team members through hands-on support, knowledge sharing, and continuous performance feedback.Foster a collaborative, solution-oriented team environment focused on delivery excellence and continuous improvement.
