Position Summary
The Data and Analytics Analyst is responsible for delivering accurate, timely, and accessible data and reporting across STARR Restaurant Organization’s enterprise systems. Reporting directly to the Chief Information and Technology Officer, this role sits within the Technology GRC function and serves as a hands-on contributor supporting STARR’s Workday implementation, enterprise reporting, and the maturation of the organization’s data governance practices.
In the near term, the analyst will play a key role in the data migration, cleansing, and validation activities that support the Workday HCM, Payroll, and Financials go-live. Over time, the role will broaden to enterprise reporting and analytics across STARR’s full systems landscape — including Workday, Toast POS, and STARR’s forthcoming CRM platform — and will help establish the data dictionaries, quality standards, and governance practices that underpin trustworthy e...
