Data Analytics Specialist

Overview

Reporting to the Information Technology Director, you will play a key role in transforming data into meaningful business insights that help drive better decisions across our hotels and regional hub office. You will be responsible for developing modern reporting solutions, dashboards, and analytics that support business performance across Operations, Commercial, Finance, Revenue, People & Culture, Procurement, and Guest Experience. You will work closely with stakeholders across the business to understand their challenges and translate complex data into simple, actionable insights. From designing executive dashboards to automating reporting processes, you will help move the business from manual reporting to real-time, data‑driven decision making.
