Job Description
**Requirements**:
Under general supervision this position coordinates and supervises the activities of the computer room, with critical systems that operate on a twenty-four-hour schedule.
Responsible for supervising the data center activities: installing hardware for customers; installing and replacing cables, components, and accessories; maintaining records and schematics of the center to detail what equipment is installed/removed.
Customer support responsibilities might include escorting customers through the center on tours and/or audits, responding to customer inquiries and coordinating with other organizations.
Administrative duties include scheduling employee shifts, planning for changes, maintaining data center standards and tools, and ensuring compliance with government regulations.
Provide support on budget/forecast preparation and monitoring, prioritizing, and assigning work, performance management, employee relations, and related activities.
