Job Description
Responsibilities
- Communicate with the customer, collect, understand, and sort out customer requirements, and output the service solution proposal (HLD).
- Complete the professional service solution design based on customer requirements, and develop the delivery solution (LLD) and plan.
- Perform value presentation and routine reporting.
- Serve as the owner of the CEM technical solution, cooperate with the project manager to organize the delivery and complete the acceptance.
Qualifications
- Have basic knowledge of the communications industry or be familiar with the delivery characteristics and key control points of data analysis projects.
- Familiar with and able to independently analyze data and model associations.
