2+ years of experience in leading an engineering team.6+ years of experience as a developer, tech lead, or architect.
4+ years of experience in Python, Java, Scala, Go- One of them, a Must!
Strong system architecture knowledge.
Experience in building high-volume and scalable applications.
Proficiency with cluster technologies, distributed systems, or streaming applications.
Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases.
Experience with Big Data tools- Spark/Hadoop/Flink- An advantage!
Experience with Vertica/ Redis/ Elasticsearch- An advantage!
Familiarity with Scrum methodologies.
Familiarity with cloud providers- AWS, GCP, Azure- An advantage!
Working knowledge of Linux, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and rollout plans.
Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
