Receive and respond to client data inquiries via email or through the IQVIA customer portal
Utilize various office applications and IQVIA tools to research, analyze, and resolve inquiries that require an understanding of the client and their business, the pharmaceutical market, and IQVIA data and processes
Understand and can effectively communicate routine database processes and methodologies for client inquiry resolution
Provide formal written communications both internally and externally regarding cause, status, and resolution of the issue/s.
Work with various IQVIA internal departments to validate and/or correct data and database issues, and ensure inquiry responses are meeting Service Level Agreement guidelines
Follow the standard escalation process to ensure resolution
