Overview: This is an exciting opportunity to join Company 3, who provide Colour, Finishing and Sound Post-production on many prestigious UK and international productions from their base in Chancery Lane, London.
You will be working as an integral member of the data operations team, supporting our shortform post-production business. Responsibilities: Metadata and SAN management.
QC of VFX and conform pulls.
Handle client and internal assets (i.e.
hard drive copies onto / from SAN).
Archive material onto LTO tapes.
Efficiently transfer data within and outside the building, using different tools and platforms (i.e.
Mac, Aspera, Signiant).
Transcode files, while adhering to spec.
Will actively train on Baselight and Resolve.
Hand over any remaining tasks to the rest of the team at the end of the shift, in a clear and concise manner.
