ALIV Regenerative Wellness | Pune (primary)
ALIV is scaling across three cities, multiple revenue lines (IV therapies, peptides, autologous cell therapy, PRP, exosomes, supplementation), and multiple acquisition channels (Google Ads, Meta, GBP, organic, partnerships). The numbers are everywhere and the founder is currently the bottleneck on most of them.
We're hiring a Data Analyst & Excel Expert to own the numbers layer of the business — marketing, clinical operations, financial, and inventory — and turn it into decisions the leadership team can act on weekly.
This is not a reporting role where you build a dashboard once and walk away. This is a sit-next-to-the-founder role where the question shifts every week and the answer needs to be defensible by Friday.
