The Data Migration & Readiness Lead (In-Market) is responsible for driving end-to-end data readiness for ERP deployment within the local market, acting as the single point of contact for all data-related activities. This role ensures the accuracy, completeness, and alignment of master data and EDI setups by leading data cleansing, coordinating cross‑functional inputs, supporting migration cycles (mock loads, testing, and cutover), and resolving data issues in collaboration with global teams. The role plays a critical part in enabling a smooth transition and stable operations during go‑live and hypercare through proactive issue management, governance adherence, and stakeholder alignment.
