Data Mining Analyst (Business Process)

To assist the Business Process department in analysing, process and report on financial and operational data in order to provide vital information to the business to inform decision‑making.

Responsibilities

• To perform detailed analyses of data and present the information in a clear, tangible and consistent manner in order to measure operational performance against set objectives and identify improvement opportunities.
• To produce and schedule high‑priority recurring and ad‑hoc reports in order to address business concerns and enable initiatives.
• To contribute to improving data quality and assist in storing and sharing knowledge and information related to operations best practices and processes so as to improve efficiency.
