Data Scientist

We're looking for a hands-on, end-to-end Data Scientist who thrives at the grassroots level — designing, building, and deploying AI/ML and LLM solutions that create real impact across OCBC Indonesia's banking operations. You won't just model — you'll own the full pipeline, from raw data to production.

Responsibilities:

• Design and deploy LLM-powered solutions — RAG pipelines, document intelligence, summarization, and conversational AI — on-premise and in cloud environments.
• Build scalable AI automation pipelines targeting straight-through processing — OCR, ASR, fraud detection, and ID verification systems.
• Develop and productionize ML models for fraud detection, credit risk, customer behavior, and personalization.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, and business stakeholders — translating ambiguous problems into deployable solutions.
