At Ashfield MedComms, a division of Inizio, we help major pharmaceutical companies with the publication and presentation of key research projects at international medical journals and congresses.
As a Database/Publications Coordinator you will be an integral part of the publications team, tracking the review process for developing medical publications. You will maintain and report on client databases, track timelines, and author comments through a publication review database, Datavision, iEnvision and Excel spreadsheets; providing accurate and timely updates to meet client and author needs.
