Job Description
- Primary point of contract for day-to-day pro‑active engagement with clients, execute various day‑2 short projects within time
- Partnering with the stakeholders to ensure the clarity and understanding of the objectives and timelines and analyze the resource needs of the project
- Collaborate with various team members to get the required data and/or solutions for customer inquiry and requirements that are within scope
- Working with partners, internal stakeholders and clients, present weekly/ biweekly/ monthly & quarterly reviews
- Involves in draft review of contracts with customers and partners, supports negotiation efforts , ensure timely PO issuance and other associated activities that are required for the day‑2 delivery
- Project/ forecast cost and revenue at regular intervals and in a position to present it internally
