Job Summary

Next Generation, Inc., an Equal Opportunity Employer, is seeking an Implementation Consultant to support the successful deployment of Ceridian DayForce solutions across a variety of clients. This role participates in all stages of the implementation lifecycle, including discovery, configuration, testing, deployment, and post–go-live support. The Consultant is responsible for gathering requirements, configuring the solution, managing expectations, identifying risks, and communicating effectively with the Project Manager and client stakeholders. The role may also provide Organizational Readiness consulting and guidance to Associate Consultants.
