Job Description
We are connecting experienced D&C Contracts Specialists to support client projects, ensuring effective management of drilling and completions contracts, compliance with company standards, and mitigation of operational risks.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a liaison with Wells, SCM, Legal, and Finance teams to prepare, execute, and manage the full lifecycle of drilling-related contracts, ensuring competitive, compliant services while mitigating risk.
- Conduct market surveys, prepare tender plans, evaluate bids, and negotiate terms with vendors and service providers.
- Oversee contract administration, performance monitoring, and close-out, ensuring compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and project objectives.
- Capture and document lessons learned and best practices for all contracts to support continuous improvement.
