DCS Operator Fiberline

Position Summary

The DCS Operator – Fiberline is responsible for monitoring, controlling, and optimizing Fiberline process operations through the Distributed Control System (DCS) to ensure safe, stable, and efficient pulp production while meeting quality, production, and environmental targets. The role works closely with Field Operators, Shift Supervisors, and Maintenance teams to maintain process reliability and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and control Fiberline process parameters through DCS, including flow, pressure, temperature, level, consistency, and chemical dosage.
• Operate and optimize Fiberline areas such as cooking, washing, screening, oxygen delignification, bleaching, and pulp handling.
• Coordinate with Field Operators during start-up, shutdown, grade changes, and troubleshooting activities.
