What your days will look like:

Work as a subject matter specialist in the Deals Tax practice, managing and growing relationships within the Deals and Deals Tax networks and with clients are corporates / listed businesses going through the transactions, private equity backed businesses, and real estate and infrastructure investors).

Identify transfer pricing issues and assess risks in a fast-paced transaction environment.

Undertake transfer pricing planning and implementation, including advise on the financing transactions.

Coordinate European and global transfer pricing engagements with specialists across the global network.
