A Day In The Life Of a Delivery Specialist
- Build superior customer sales experiences by welcoming and engaging customers in person, over the phone, and by email.
- Support retail operations by merchandising and maintaining the store.
- Deliver best‑in‑class service when delivering products to customers’ homes.
- Perform general maintenance on the truck and around the store daily.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the moving process and address customer concerns to ensure satisfaction.
