• Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations, with special focus on Transport, Consolidation, Wrapping, Replenishment, and Loading.
• ️ Negotiate and manage agreements with temporary employment agencies.
• ✅ Ensure accurate and efficient picking processes, both online and paper-based.
• Coordinate staffing resources across operational departments.
• Work in line with continuous improvement principles.
