Deployment Operations Manager

Job Description
This role is a Centralized deployment leader who will be responsible for assigning work across client engagements, balancing capacity, and ensuring deadlines are met across a portfolio of projects for our big 4 customers Assurance & Tax People Team . As a part of the deployment operations team, you will be responsible for deployment resource management, workforce planning and reporting, delivering trends and analytics to leaders via Excel and various tools with a strong understanding of utilization and forecasting. You will provide insight and counsel to Deployment leaders and key leadership team members, including during deployment strategy development and leadership transitions.
