Basic Functions:
The responsibilities of the Deputy Engineering Manager will be to lead a team of engineers, participate as a member of the division’s leadership team in driving sustainable, profitable results, and recruit, select and develop the talent needed to sustain and grow. This individual should be a creative, forward-thinking, process-minded, effective communicator to join our team. Additionally, the Deputy Engineering Manager’s responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
· Lead, coach, and develop a team of engineers supporting both pre-sale and post-sale engineering work; set clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback, mentoring, and career development planning.
· Drive execution of the team’s short-term operating plan, including delivery commitments, staffing alignment, training plans, and productivity targets.
