Job Description
How the role will make an impact:
This position has responsibility for the development and design of sealing systems for new and existing seal products for building sector.
Main Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Design solutions for new products development within the given framework of all on site development activities.
- Provide expert assistance on thermoplastic extrusion. This includes to promote the technology and performing specific project responsibilities.
- Lead trials, mainly in extrusion, in support of customers and internal development works, creating prototypes, analysing test data and document results in test reports.
- Foster strong collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure integration of innovation initiatives and product development process.
