Main deliverable (samples & series): mature processes, process chain, mature MAE & tools concepts, running line in time until QGC5 Generate requirements and contribute to the product concept & design towards industrialization compatibility to enable the achievement of the overall cost targets (target PPC) Know how of the different assembly processes for a power electronics like SMT, THT, PCB milling, dispensing of chemicals, laser cleaning, plasma treatment, pressing, screwing, EoL tests ets is necessary Responsible for Design Element reliability including validation content related to RB manufacturing processes Review & release design together w/ Sub PJM MECH Check & evaluate customer requirements (manufacturing related) Develop and optimize the design for manufacturing as long as functionality is given or still acceptable by customer Leading DfM sub-team of project – assure deliverables of industrialization Requests timely BOM delivery ...
