  Requirements / Responsibilities: 
 Should be a graduate and have minimum 1 year of experience 
 Candidate should be ready to work in field and should have 2-wheeler for field support in Ahmadabad and other locations
 Should have good communication skills
 Hands-on experience in Windows OS installation and configuration in desktops / laptops
 Good in troubleshooting of Hardware & Software related issues in end-user system/Laptop for smooth functionality
 Good in troubleshooting of Printer/Scanner Installation & configuration and 1st level H/W diagnostics
 Network configuration & Mail Configuration
