Job Description
1 Year Contract under Agency Headcount, Renewable.
Responsibilities:
1. System Setup and Maintenance
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, and peripheral devices (printers, scanners, etc.
- Set up operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and required software applications
- Ensure systems are updated with the latest patches, drivers, and security updates
2. Technical Support and Troubleshooting
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for end users
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues
- Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level engineers or vendors when necessary
- Maintain documentation of issues and resolutions in the helpdesk ticketing syst
