Desktop Support Engineer L1 – Deskside Support – EUC – Onsite – Dispatch – B2B Contract – Málaga, Spain

Location: Málaga, Andalusia, Spain (Onsite)
Rate: €30/hour
Type: Full-Time | Freelance / B2B Contract (Ticket-Based / Dispatch)
Key Responsibilities
Provide onsite desktop/deskside IT support for hardware, software, and network issues
Perform IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) and break/fix support
Manage device lifecycle (imaging, configuration, patching, upgrades)
Utilize SCCM, Microsoft Intune, and ServiceNow for ticketing & asset management
Support Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365 (O365), Outlook, VPN
Handle Active Directory (AD) tasks: user management, password resets, access control
Troubleshoot printers, scanners, and peripherals
Provide VIP/Executive support and handle critical incidents
