Desktop Support Technician

Description
We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Analyst to provide hands-on technical support for end users in a Windows-based environment. This role will focus on PC imaging, workstation setup, hardware and software troubleshooting, and Microsoft 365 support. The ideal candidate is customer-service oriented, technically strong, and comfortable supporting users in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Provide desktop support for Windows-based PCs, laptops, and related hardware

+ Image, configure, and deploy new computers and rebuild existing devices as needed

+ Set up and install workstations, including monitors, docking stations, peripherals, and accessories

+ Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, printer, and connectivity issues

+ Support users with Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and SharePoint
