Insight Global is seeking a hands-on Development Lead to support a large-scale Contact Center transformation initiative. This individual will lead the design, development, and implementation of integrations and services supporting a modern CCaaS platform while partnering with business, architecture, infrastructure, and vendor teams.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in contact center technologies, Java development, microservices architecture, and cloud-based integrations, along with experience delivering enterprise contact center implementations and migrations.
