Job Description
Role: Development Planning Manager (Malaysia – Johor)
This position sits within the broader Development / Pre-Delivery function, with a focus on upfront planning, regulatory approvals, and shaping development strategies to support successful project execution.
You will collaborate with internal teams and external advisors to progress site feasibility, planning strategies, authority engagement, and overall project readiness.
You will make an impact by:
- Driving the planning lifecycle from initial site assessment through to securing development approvals
- Managing external consultants (e.g. design, planning, engineering) to deliver coordinated and compliant outputs
- Establishing submission and approvals strategies aligned with programme timelines and hyperscaler requirements
- Acting as a key on-the-ground coordinator in Johor, ensuring alignment between regional teams and local progress
