In this role you will participate in roll‑out planning and task deliverables, manage, maintain, and monitor system reporting and dashboards.

• IT Diploma and/or relevant qualifications
• 3+ Years of previous working experience in a DevOps environment
• General Support experience (3+ Years)
• ITSM.Next (ServiceNow) (Incident Management)
• Planning & Monitoring (Grafana / OpenSearch Logstash)
• CI/CD Pipeline / Change Management (Jenkins)
• Configuration Management / Version Control (GitHub)
• Operations Reporting Experience
• Solution Test Experience
• Risk Detection and Management
