Job Title - Backstage SME, Senior Engineer – Platform Engineering Role Overview We are seeking a Backstage SME, Senior Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Internal Developer Platforms with deep expertise in Backstage and Harness. This role will focus on improving developer productivity, standardizing platform capabilities, and enabling self-service engineering workflows across teams. Key Requirement Strong design and hands-on implementation experience in building Internal Developer Platforms (IDP) using Backstage, with expert-level Backstage experience and expert-level Harness experience to improve developer productivity, service discovery, software templates, and platform automation. DevOps and CI/CD exposure are good-to-have skills.
