Job Description

Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an [DFM Engineer] located in [Jiading, Shanghai].
This position will be responsible for providing SMT related technical support to R&D and SMA production to facilitate design for manufacturing in an efficient and cost-effective manner.
Develop and implement cost effective, efficient production processes for the Introduction of New Product.
What a typical day looks like:
Early involved in new components designing and final verification.
Collaborate with R&D to provide constructive proposals on PCB layout and design issues from initial build through implementation, driving necessary changes and continuously improving quality and performance.
Drive and performed DFM activities to facilitate manufacturing in prototype and pre-series test run even further mass production.
