Job Description

Be a vital part of the senior care team as a Dietitian. Collaborate with residents and staff to ensure nutritional health and manage dietary needs effectively.

In your role as Dietitian, your primary focus will be conducting nutritional assessments and developing tailored care plans. You will work on providing essential nutrition knowledge to residents, their families, and health professionals. Data collection for service indicators will also be a key responsibility, ensuring program effectiveness in improving resident well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate residents' nutritional status and requirements
• Create personalized nutritional care plans
• Deliver nutrition education to residents and staff
• Track data for service evaluation and reports
• Uphold detailed clinical documentation

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition/Food Sciences
• Registration with College of Dietitians of Alberta
