To strengthen our UX capability, we are looking for a Digital Journey & UX expert to join our Digital Journey & CX team within the Commercial department. This role combines strategic UX leadership with hands‑on design execution.
Your responsibilities as a Digital Journey & UX expert
Lead UX in complex, cross‑team programs and act as a senior UX counterpart for key stakeholders.
Define and communicate a clear UX vision, principles and governance for key customer journeys.
Set up and drive strategic UX tracks with clear plans, milestones and deliverables.
