Job Description
Responsibilities
- Designing production-ready conversion experiences through email campaigns, SMS, responsive web, and push channels.
- Collaborating with the Customer Success, Strategy, and Email Development teams to ensure that content is delivered on time.
- Participating in daily creative stand‑ups and design review sessions.
- Adhering to brand standards and preparing files for development.
Minimum requirements to be considered
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in a digital design role.
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, UX/UI design, marketing, or a related field.
- Proficient in English with strong communication skills.
- Experience with Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva.
- Lightroom, XD, After Effects, Wordpress, Contentful, Digioh, Hubspot, and AI prompting are a bonus.
- Has a strong portfolio with work samples across email, web, and graphic design.
