Toronto (Downtown)The Director, Analytics & Insights has ownership of the strategic guidance, tool development, implementation, continuous improvement, and data governance across all areas.

Responsibilities:

Build and grow the data analytics team with a focus on providing business insights and data-driven decision-making

Ability to lead with a passion for data and analytics while simultaneously building credibility for the newly formed Analytics and Insights team

Leading a team and engaging directly with the work needed to accomplish the priority use cases

Drive change management to drive user adoption of analytical tools and methods and embrace data in strategic business decisions

Enable business ownership with advanced analytics output and key insights through dashboards and reports
