What is the Opportunity?
This role will be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic growth plans, directing day-to-day operations for the business development and marketing organization, and establishing and maintaining key customer relationships.
What You'll Do Here:
Leadership Function as a key member of the US Nuclear senior leadership team (SLT) to develop objectives and strategies in support of achieving the organizations’ strategic business goals.
Provide leadership and oversight for the US Nuclear business development and marketing team
Collaborate with other Aecon market sector leaders (Civil, Industrial, Utilities, etc.) operating in the US to support overall growth for Aecon in the US.
Provide leadership for the integration of the former United Engineers and Constructors business strategy and business development stakeholders, into the Aecon organization
